Hiring Methodology
CONTIGENCY SEARCH OUTLINE
- Assess position responsibilities, requirements, corporate culture, management style and financial/growth opportunities associated with the position and the company.
- Determine opportunities afforded by the position and company (i.e., compensation package, future promotion opportunities, company projected growth)
- Develop candidate call list based on information gathered from above steps to include experience required and opportunities afforded. Additionally, current Oaks database will be evaluated for qualified candidates.
- As potential candidates are identified, we will screen, interview and forward those with the appropriate qualifications and expectations to client.
- Initial candidate/client interviews will be scheduled.
- Candidate feedback will be provided to client from first interview.
- Final interviews with selected clients will be scheduled.
- Written summary of reference checks on selected candidates will be provided to client.
- Employment offer to final candidate will be facilitated and negotiated.
- Assist final candidate in resigning from current employment and prepare candidate to deal with possibility of counteroffer.
- Once candidate has started in the new position with your company, Oaks will have a 15 to 30 day follow-up with both candidate and client and continue monthly contact for at least the first three months.
